We can't express the importance of practice and preparation for this trip.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% per person is due at time of booking to confirm your reservation. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be made for any unused portion of a trip, including late arrival or early departure. Guide fees, or other associated costs are not refundable if unused including those unused due to inclement weather. We strongly encourage purchasing travel and trip cancellation insurance. Upon sending your deposit you acknowledge that you have read and understand the payment and cancellation policy.
Recommended Gratuities
Our team at XOTF works hard to keep anglers happy. These are recommended gratuity amounts in USD.
Guides: $30 - $50 per day, per angler.
Lodge Staff: $20 – $40 per day, per angler.
Shuttle Driver: $50 per group.
